Becoming 2009

Last week I was able to photograph 2 very unique 2009 seniors... Both worked well with the camera and were easy on the eye. Diann laughed a lot & had all the time in the world, while Kevin had a time schedule to stick to. It is always fun to photograph seniors, as they have the whole world to to look forward to... I always wonder who they will become.

Russ & Lindsay

I had the privilege of photographing the wedding of Russ & Lindsay Newton this past weekend and it one of the most fun & laid-back weddings I have photographed this year.
The event took place at Laurel Hall, which is one of the most unique locations available to Indianapolis brides... The grounds are beautifully kept and the house itself is immense. It was built in 1918 and in my opinion outshines the Lilly home located at the IMA. I would recommend it to any bride who is searching for that perfect location for a wedding and reception.
Anyway, the wedding itself was lovely and the reception was a blast. Kenton Smith of DJ's Entertainment not only DJ'd the event, but also was the best man. Few can pull that off without a hitch...
Thanks Russ & Lindsay for a splendid evening... I even got to dance with my wife;-)

Chase Coy

I received a phone call from my old friend David last week to see if I was available to photograph his son's senior pictures... I have known this kid since he was in 1st grade and it is so odd that he should now be a senior. I must say that he is quite the accompished young musician and was so much fun to photograph. He just sort of did his own thing and took very little direction. I laughed twice as much as usual and had an overall blast! Check out his music on myspace http://www.myspace.com/chasecoy or on I-Tunes... Let me know what you think. -T

Mike & Jessica

I got another chance to photograph Mike (and the soon to be Mrs. Lehman) last Wednesday. I photographed their engagement pictures last fall, but they recently purchased a new (older) home and wanted to show it off a little. From the front of the home (although cute) you would have no idea how spacious it is on the inside... Mike and Jessica really make this house a home and I look forward to their wedding next month.
Congratulations guys!

Laura

Laura was an exceptionally easy subject to photograph. She would fall into the frame very naturally and had a very convincing smile. I had photographed her brother Daren's wedding about two years ago and had the opportunity to see him & and Ashley again... It's always an honor to be called upon to document a particular time for a particular family.
